We will gladly accept your order for exchange within 5 Days from the day you received it. (For example: If you received your order on Monday you will have until Saturday to mail it back to us.) Policy is Strictly Enforced. We must be notified by e-mail or text.

You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed ( free from stains, deodorant, makeup, or wear ) with all Boss Chic Tags attached. A 5% Re-Stock fee will be charge for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and or without tags. Include a copy of invoice for fast processing.

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within time frame, no credit will be issued. If you have received and incorrect item please contact us within 24hours of receiving your package.
